jz255 Terms & Conditions — Rules for All Players

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the jz255 platform, including visitors, registered account holders, and any person accessing any part of the jz255 website or associated services. The terms apply to all activities on the platform including account registration, deposits and withdrawals, participation in games, use of bonus offers, and any communication with jz255 support.

jz255 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳50. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day and are displayed at the point of deposit.
• Deposits are processed in real time and credited to your jz255 wallet within sixty seconds in normal circumstances. jz255 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's infrastructure.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account used to make the most recent deposit. This is an anti-money laundering requirement and cannot be waived.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to review. jz255 aims to process approved withdrawals within 24 hours. Withdrawals requested while a KYC review is pending may be held until verification is complete.
• Any funds deposited to a jz255 account are solely intended for use on the platform. jz255 accounts are not bank accounts and do not earn interest. Depositing funds that have not been used for gaming activity and then requesting withdrawal (commonly known as "money cycling") is prohibited.

jz255 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit or withdrawal transaction if it suspects fraudulent activity or if required to comply with applicable financial regulations. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the transaction being declined or reversed.

From time to time, jz255 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times using the same or different accounts constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and possible account suspension.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier and the list of eligible games are set out in the individual promotion terms. Bets placed on excluded games or bet types will not contribute to wagering requirements.

• Bonus offers may be time-limited. Unless otherwise stated, a bonus must be used (activated and wagered in full) within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds will be removed from the account without notice.

Cash deposits and real-money winnings are always returned to the player before bonus funds. This means that if a player makes a real-money withdrawal while also holding a bonus balance, the bonus funds and any associated winnings from those bonus funds will be forfeited at the point of withdrawal unless the wagering requirement has been fully met.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jz255 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any funds held in the account may be forfeited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other artificial means to place bets, interact with games, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Opening more than one jz255 account, or assisting any other person in registering a duplicate account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share information improperly, or engage in any form of match-fixing or bet manipulation in the sportsbook.
• Exploiting any software error, bug or glitch on the jz255 platform. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation are considered void and will be removed from the account.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jz255 excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from your use of the platform. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, jz255 specifically excludes liability for:

• Any loss of funds arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure, including losses caused by unauthorised access to your account.
• Any service interruption, platform downtime, or technical failure that prevents you from placing bets, accessing games, or completing transactions, including disruptions caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any indirect, consequential, special or incidental loss, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity or loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the jz255 platform.

jz255 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: violation of these Terms; provision of false, incomplete or misleading registration information; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested; suspected fraudulent, collusive or prohibited activity; account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve consecutive months; or any other circumstance in which jz255 determines that maintaining the account poses an unacceptable risk to the platform or to other players.

Upon account closure, jz255 will return any verified real-money balance remaining in your account to you via the payment method on file, subject to any outstanding withdrawal conditions and after deducting any bonus funds that have not yet met their wagering requirement. jz255 is not obliged to return funds where the account has been closed due to breach of these Terms, fraudulent conduct, or prohibited activity.

jz255 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication of the updated Terms on this page. jz255 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of material changes where practicable, for example by displaying a notice on the platform or sending a notification to your registered contact details.

Your continued use of the jz255 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting jz255 support.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and jz255 arising from your use of the platform or these Terms, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication with jz255 support. If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within thirty days, either party may pursue resolution through such other means as are available under applicable law. jz255 does not accept jurisdiction of any court or authority not sanctioned by the terms of this clause.
